Nirmala Andani (Lala) is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy (D4 Terapi Okupasi) from Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surakarta, Indonesia, completed in 2023. She has experience providing occupational therapy services across various settings, including clinics, schools, and home-based programs.
 

Throughout her professional practice, Lala has worked with children presenting a wide range of developmental conditions, focusing on improving functional abilities, self-regulation, and participation in daily activities. Her clinical approach emphasizes child-centered and developmentally appropriate interventions tailored to each child’s unique needs.
 

To continuously enhance her professional competence, Lala actively participates in seminars and professional development programs related to pediatric occupational therapy. These include evidence-based interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), play-based occupational therapy, and approaches targeting self-regulation and developmental delays.
