Monalysa Ginting, M.Psi., Psikolog is a licensed Educational Psychologist with over two years of professional experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in addressing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral challenges. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology with a specialization in Educational Psychology from UNIKA Atma Jaya Jakarta (2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Padjadjaran (2012).
 

Currently practicing as an Educational Psychologist, she has handled more than 100 cases, providing assessment, educational therapy, and counselling tailored to each individual’s developmental needs. Committed to continuous professional development, she participates in trainings and workshops to strengthen her clinical skills. Her additional qualifications include Basic-Level training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and specialized training in profiling children and adolescents with special needs.
 

Her areas of expertise include learning difficulties, early childhood and adolescent development, emotional regulation, school readiness, educational intervention, career exploration for high school students, and support for children with special needs. Driven by a strong belief in every individual’s capacity to grow, she is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and maximize their potential throughout their personal and educational journeys.
